Product: HP Officejet Pro X476dn Multifunction Printer
Hello all
I am having problems with the Officejet Pro X476dn MF where Magenta is missing entire sections of color and Black is faded/discolored during Print Quality Report (see picture below).
We've tried the following troubleshooting steps with no joy.
- Ran "Clean ink smear"
- Ran "Clean Print Head" levels 1, 2, and 3 (more than once at different stages)
- Ran "Printhead Recovery"
- Ran "Printhead Calibration"
- Manually cleaned the print head via pulling the duplexer and wiping the print head.
- Cleaned/rinsed the waste area thoroughly (it was quite full)
- Replaced the ink cartridges with new cartridges
From what I have read online/this site I am assuming the ink delivery system is clogged or malfunctioning. If this is the case I am wondering if the waste area being super full caused the nozzles/delivery system to clog.
