Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

When power is supplied to the HP 4650 Printer, there is a momentary flash of a reddish rectangle in the control panel window, then the window goes dark again. I've checked power cord and power outlet. Seems like internal power module problem, yes?

 

Is my printer toast, or is there a fix?
