  • The P21 uses DisplayLink drivers. Simply visit >here<.
  • If you use a PC use the Poly Lens Desktop Software >here<. The current version is 2.2.0.
  • If your Mac is Intel, check >here< as only Lens Desktop 1.4.0 for Mac will work
  • If your Mac is an M Processor, check >here< as Version 2.0.0 for Mac is the latest

If no other volunteers reply, I suggest you contact our Support organization in your region. Details are in my Signature.
