I have a login to HP, How can I query Polycom MAC address to see the phone type and warranty information?

Hello @0004f28006ba ,

 

welcome to the HP Poly community.

 

If the serial starts with 00:04:F2 like your username then the phone is at least from 2015 or earlier as this is when we added the 64:16:7F:xx:xx:xx, 9C:AD:EF:xx:xx:xx or 48:25:67:xx:xx:xx range as announced >here<

 

I suggest you contact our Support organization in your region as they can explain what Information is accessible to you.
