Hi, I'm wondering if Edge E expansion module for E400/500 series (it was released just in 2022)  has been replaced by a new model? Search shows there might be a model 85W93AA, if that's the case, what would be the difference?

Is there any documentation regarding the updated model?

Thank you, I was able to get through IVR (which is a bit of a challenge) and got confirmation that the new part number is 

85W93AA

Hello @Voiponaught2024 ,

 

Welcome back to the HP Poly community.

 

85W93AA is an HP Part Number, the sale of the original Poly company to HP was only completed in around August 2022 so before that it would be most likely a Poly Part Number.

 

Any hardware changes are usually documented via a Product Shipping Configuration
Change Notice. 

 

If no other volunteers reply, I suggest you contact our Support organization in your region. Details are in my Signature.

Hi, Steffen!

Thank you for quick response!

Maybe you could still shed some more light on proper sidecar for the Edge line of phones? User guide for Edge phones just mentions "Poly Edge E Expansion Module" but there's not much details. Perhaps there's some document you could refer to?
