We have a fleet of Poly CCX 400 deployed and few devices started prompting for Poly Lens Data collection.

These devices are currently not enrolled in Poly Lens and purely managed from TAC. Any option to block this the devices?

Hello @kr157 ,

Welcome to the HP Poly community.

This would require you to add a local configuration to each phone.

From our VoIP FAQ:

Oct 7, 2011 Question: Do I always need a Provisioning Server or can I configure a Phone via the Web Interface or via the Phone Gui?
Resolution: Please check => here <=

Dec 04, 2015 Question:How can I provision/upgrade the software or provide configuration via USB for the Poly Trio, CCX, Edge E and/or Visual+?

Resolution: Please check this post => here <=

The file needs to contain:

<configuration da.optIn="OptedOut" da.optIn.menu="0" device.Set="1"/>

Or easier if via Poly Lens:
