I resolved my issue by completing the following...

From the CCX 505 UI menu Simple Setup > Base Profile - Generic

This enabled Settings > Applications & Settings > Paging/PTT Configuration.

The phone then accepted the MAC-phone.cfg file with the appropriate info.

Presumably this could also be set in the MAC-phone.cfg to set the profile to 'Generic' allowing the needed functionality.

Hello @Skagnola ,

I am unsure what you are trying to do.

Do you want to use the phone with Microsoft Teams running the native Microsoft Teams app in Teams Base profile mode yes or no?

Switching the base profile to Generic will turn the phone into a SIP phone and all the functionalities advertised in that mode will work.

Switching the phone back to Microsoft Teams base profile will disable the added features.

If you still working on this, and no other Volunteer replies, follow this up with our support team.

Best Regards

Steffen Baier
