@GabTheScripter -- i cant acces automatic repair
If you boot from the USB memory-stick that you downloaded Windows 10 onto, or from the DVD disk that you burned, boot from the memory-stick, or the DVD, and choose "Repair" -- not "automatic repair" -- instead of "Install".

@GabTheScripter -- here is no "press enter within 5 seconds"
That is both good & bad news.
It is "good" if you are installing Windows onto a disk-drive that is not currently "bootable", such as an "empty" disk-drive.
It is "bad" if you are booting the Windows Installer, and it detects that there is no bootable image on the disk-drive.
In your case, you want the Windows Installer to "find" that bootable image, so that there is an installation of Windows to be "repaired", after the Windows Installer has finished booting.

@GabTheScripter -- when you boot from the CD/DVD, the boot process looks for a "bootable" disk-drive that is connected. If such a disk-drive is found, you will see the "press Enter to continue with the boot process" reading from the CD/DVD. When the boot from the CD/DVD has completed, you will see two options, namely "repair" or "install".
If no such disk-drive is found, that "prompt" will not be produced, and the option to "repair" will not be offered.
In your case, you need to immediately "press Enter" to continue the boot-process from the CD/DVD drive, to eventually get the opportunity to click "Repair" the copy of Windows on your "C:" disk-drive.

@GabTheScripter -- did not work
That is an executive-level summary report, not a technical response.
Exactly what did you try, step-by-step, from powering-on your computer, to pressing ESC to display a "boot menu", and selecting the CD/DVD drive that contains the bootable "Windows Installer", and seeing the "Press Enter within 5 seconds to continue to boot from CD/DVD", and quickly pressing Enter ???
