Yes I found the generator before I received a reply.. turns out, I really didn't need any of this... I just needed to access through safe mode login as an administrator then change the password through ny control panel... That easy ...

Thanks, I appreciate the quick response, that seemed to have worked.  Windows xp is corrupt so installing Windows 7 now, hopefully should be able to get to the BIOS and remove the password.

Thank you so much but now it is stuck on the Windows Xp password window but it won't let me enter anything. Ugg!!!
