Hi @Waley I saw that a new update was released, but unfortunately the problem of high CPU consumption when using the '' environment '' effect is still there.
I hope that sooner or later it will fix.

Thanks

Hi there!

So I went step by step to try to fix the beta issue of not recognizing the compatible 4zone keyboard with omen light studio. I got stuck at the task scheduler step with omen light studio simply not being there. I would love to change the color of the keyboard. Is there any way you could show us a step by step fix on how to get this to work it would be GREATLY appreciated!

Thank you so much in advance!

I would love to know how to launch the lights in the first place. I assume the moment I enter the studio it should work already but my keyboard is still static and it doesn't matter how I lauch the app. It's not even in the Roaming folder. My laptop shows up in the app and I can change all the settings it's just the keyboard is not lighting up like it's waiting for a magic 'launch' or 'start' button that would change the colors.

Hi community,

I‘m having the same issue.

I have a brand new Omen 15-en0271ng and from the description I believe it should have a four zone rgb keyboard.

The Omen Gaming Hub (Light Studio) though does not even show the keyboard. Reinstalled several times.
I also don't see any LightStudioHelper in the Task Scheduler.

thanks, piano

@Ciau246Hi, so the light studio ever worked but now it stopped to change the animation lighting effects, is that correct?

Is your Lighting Studio 0.1.8.0 version? We observed there is one issue on the 0.1.8.0 version and it cannot change the animation lighting effects. Working on the solutions now. Will have new version publish to fix it very soon. Sorry about that.

I would still like to know how to get the keyboard to show up in light studio the first place. I definitely have a compatible omen I double-checked the model number to make sure. I had absolutely no luck getting this to work. Are they gonna update light studio anytime soon to resolve all these issues does anybody know?
