Going round in circles!   Error message, I’ve cleaned the black cartridge, tried the chat line )not available, doesn’t say when it might be), turned printer off/on.  HP Instant Ink message says they can’t send a new cartridge till the “fault” is fixed.  When I enter my printer type, the chat tells me it’s not recognised.  Despite being available on the drop down menu!!

arrggh!

My printer (Envy 7855) has a cartridge error, requesting me to remove and/or replace.  I contacted virtual agent, ran through all the suggestions, nothing worked.  What's the secret?????

I posted the fault on this forum.  Really helpful from HP, Jay answered within a few hours and now sorted.  I needed a new cartridge.
