It's a very minor irritant I know, but it's still annoying.

Because the very first Instant Ink cartridge I received was faulty the system thinks I have one extra black cartridge than I do actually hold.

Can someone send me an extra black one please to even things out? But it needs to be done outside of the system or else the problem will be just put it off and this will keep re-occurring.

This hasn't been resolved after all (Case Number: [edited] as I'm about to receive another cartridge(s) so I'll continue to have that extra one. Unless you can stop the shipment please?

If there is one cartridge of each, that will be OK. But otherwise, I'm still going to be left holding that one extra cartridge.

It's very minor I know but it's irritating all the same.

It's not just a matter of send me another cartridge because the system will still register that I have that extra cartridge. Can you send it from outside the system if it's possible please?
