It's a very minor irritant I know, but it's still annoying.
Because the very first Instant Ink cartridge I received was faulty the system thinks I have one extra black cartridge than I do actually hold.
Can someone send me an extra black one please to even things out? But it needs to be done outside of the system or else the problem will be just put it off and this will keep re-occurring.

This hasn't been resolved after all (Case Number: [edited] as I'm about to receive another cartridge(s) so I'll continue to have that extra one. Unless you can stop the shipment please?

I have exactly this problem. Last year I was sent 2 cartridges that are the wrong size, too large for my carriage. The VA will not send replacements stating I have 2. I have been unable to print satisfactorily for over 2weeks. Does HP have any clue how difficult it is to speak to a human. The service for instant ink is abysmal. I have spent 50mins going round in circles trying to ring one of the few numbers in the app! This is just today………I have been trying to resolve this since I first started to have illegible print. Needless to say the subscription keeps being debited! Truly shocking.
