Hello everyone, I am having a problem with my Poly G7500 device.

I use the "Polycom People content app" software to wirelessly share content to Poly endpoints (Polycom Realpresence Group series and devices running Poly Video OS) in a meeting.

However, after I updated to Poly VideoOS version 4.4.0.416273(Release date: 25, November 2024) for the G7500 device, an error appeared. The device restarted itself after connecting to share presentation content from the "Polycom People content app" software.
Then I downgraded the software to lower versions (versions 4.3.x) and this problem no longer occurred.
Has anyone encountered this problem like me?

Welcome to the HP Poly community.


From a community Search in PolyOS 4.3.3:

 

Poly Content App is end of life and no longer available for download. You can still use Poly Content App with VideoOS systems; support will be removed in an upcoming release.

 

The same for a Google >search<
