Poly TC8
Other

We have a Poly Studio X50 with a TC8 panel. The TC8 panel is on firmware 3.1.1 and the X50 is on firmware 3.14.2-378005. To upgrade to Firmware 4.x for both devices they need to be at 3.14.2.

The upgrade steps for upgrading a TC8 from 3.1.1 to 3.14.2 is to incrementally update it to 3.3.2 to 3.7.1 and finally 3.14.2 (according to this page: https://h30434.www3.hp.com/t5/Accessories-Cameras/Update-Polycom-X30-from-version-3-1-1/td-p/8848647). However those firmwares are no longer available on the Poly website since HP purchased Poly. They are also not available in Poly Lens.

Does anybody know where to find those firmwares *or* how to upgrade a 3.1.1 device to 4.x?

Those links work, thank you.

We Custom URL upgraded to 3.8.0.210581 (the lowest firmware available) because we couldn't find anything in the documentation that specifically said we could jump to 3.14.0.210851 and we wanted to be careful. Ultimately this step may not be needed for others.

We then Custom URL upgraded to 3.14.0.210851 and then used the automatic upgrade to go from there into the 4.x firmwares.
