HP,

Hello, @kpkpkp – Hope you are well 🙂
Thanks for your continued participation on the HP Forums! I’d be happy to help with the HP print service plugin issue!
Going through your post, it looks like a compatibility issue between the print plugin and the latest Android updates. I would suggest uninstalling the HP print service plugin for the time being.
You can try using a different HP mobile printing app for your printing needs. I would suggest using the HP ePrint app to print from your mobile device. Here are the detailed instructions on how to use the app: http://hp.care/2c5Hqm3
Please let me know if this resolves the issue, or if you require further assistance.
Good luck 🙂

Having exactly the same issue here in the UK, whenever I try to use HP print service it dissables wifi and then toggles on and off uselessly untill you exit out of it.
As for using E Print instead, I can't even activate that as it drops the wifi as soon as you launch the app so can't even set it up to try.
HP please remove the solved tag from this issue and actually address the problem.

I don't have a way to unaccept the solution, but it doesn't fix the problem: The EXACT SAME ISSUE occurs when I attempt to prob via ePrint app.

To cancel a solution, tap the "Options" pull-down menu in the post you tagged. See if you have a selection called "Not the Solution"...

Hi there,
I am having exactly the same issue. I just bought my first HP all in one, I have set everything up. Win10, iOS working just fine... nexus 6p... wifi is killed every few seconds when trying to connect to the printer. Very bad mark for HP for not keeping up with updates, maybe I should return the item?!?!?!? Why is this post coming up as resolved anyway? where is the resolution?!
thanks
