Hello, my printer is connected to the wifi network and it shows me the ip address.
I use that ip address to open embedded web service, but most of the functions say "it was locked by the admin...."
also, it keeps asking me about the username and password, but I do not have that in the box or anywhere else.
I did try to reinstall everything but the problems still exist.
Could you please help or give me some advice?it asks me username and password
Most of the functions are locked

Thank you for posting your query on HP Community,
Let's try these steps here: Restore network settings to default settings.
1. Press the Wireless button to access the Wireless Status
menu.
2. Press the button next to Settings to access the Wireless
Settings menu.
3. Select Restore Defaults.
4. Confirm selection to restore defaults.
Once the printer is restored, please run the wireless setup wizard and then connect the printer back to the network.
If the issue still persists, then the next option would be to perform an advanced reset on the printer.
I am sending you a private message with the steps to reset the printer. The reason why we are moving to private is because the instructions are specific to your printer model. Please check the mailbox icon at the top-right corner of this screen.
Please check your Private message icon on the upper right corner of your HP Forums profile,
Next, to your profile Name, you should see a little blue envelope, please click on it.
I hope this helps resolve this issue completely,
Regards,

I have brought your issue to the attention of an appropriate team within HP. They will likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number. Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact. Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).
If you are unfamiliar with how the Forum's private message capability works, you can learn about that here.
Thank you for visiting the HP Support Forum.
