In the past couple of weeks something changed my home wifi printing. I now have to select wifi direct in my settings on my Android from home internet wifi to hp wifi direct before I print. Never had to do this before.

OK, disable WiFi Direct in the printer.  Now connect your printer back to your routers SSID with password.

 

WiFi Direct is only used when you have no router.

Hi,

If the issue renains I would also recomment rebootint your router (by replugging its power), allow it 2-3 minutes and then reboot both the printer and the Android device and try printing through your network again..

 

If it is still the same, can you see the blue wireless light solid lit?
