I have had issues with this printer for the better part of a year now.
I have started printing via e print and my phone.
Well today, I receive a printed message about the Mimecast personal Portal and my message is on hold. And they believe it to be spam. Even though I AM trying to print from my OWN email address. The words Release Block Permit are underlined and in blue. But I can't click the link. No way for me to find out the link either.
I am really ready to scrap this printer for another brand. Too many headaches.
Anyone know how I can unblock my email address to e print?
Thank you.
