i have 4 printers in one erpint account, now it's only 3 printers listed there, one is gone---and it's funny, the eprint of that printer still works --if i send email to it's eprint email address--it still prints. anybody has any idea? thanks, really appreciate for any help;
HP should offer paid option for eprint , and improve it's service quickly. did HP know the scanner industry had been destroied by smartphone?

Hey @RobinJiao,
Welcome to the HP Support Forums!
I understand that your Laserjet Pro CP1525nw Printer has disappeared from the Devices list in your HP Connected account. I can help with that.
To start, make sure the printer is plugged directly into a wall outlet and not a surge protector. Once done:
- Connect the printer through a USB cable to a Windows PC or Mac and download the latest firmware by clicking on this link.
- Turn the printer off.
- While the printer is powered off, remove the power cable from the back of the router for one minute.
- When the lights return on the router, turn the printer on.
- On the printer press right until you see Network Config and press OK.
- Press right until you see Show IP Address and press OK.
- Note the IP Address.
- In a web browser's Address Bar on any computer, type in the IP Address as it appears on the printer and press enter to open the printer's embedded web page.
- Click on the Web Services tab.
- If you click on one of the options on the left side, you should see an option to Print an info sheet. Click on that.
Now, if you see a claim code on the sheet of paper then in your HP Connected account click on the Devices tab, Add Device and enter the printer's claim code.
If you do not see a claim code then on the printer's web page click on Remove Web Services and then Enable. Now in your HP Connected account click on the Devices tab, Add Device and enter the printer's claim code.
Please let me know if this allows you to add the printer to your HP Connected account. If it does, please click on Accept Solution. If you appreciate my help, please click on the thumbs up icon. Both icons are below this post.

Thanks! I have a concern-- i'm going to lose the current email address of the printer? if i add the printer again, i have to choose a new email. i happened to me before. any idea?
Anyway , thank you DocCottle, thumb up and accepted. i get the feeling upgrading the firmware will help; the printer is not on same place with me, i'll ask someone to do it.
print by sending email is so handy in many cases --no need apps drivers and setup---good to all devices, hp should upgrade this service when the traditional business is shrinking;
Cheers
