Product: HP ENVY Notebook - 15t-k100 CT
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My battery will not charge.  In the system tray it shows 0% and not charging but it operates if I am plugged in.  HP says there is a diagnostic that they can walk me through over the phone to determine if my battery needsreplacement but they want to charge me $60.  Does anyone know how I can get the diagnostic without having to pay the $60?

I ran a battery test and it failed.  See below for screen shot of results.  HP won't tell me if I need o replace the battery unless I pay them $60 .

 

Does anyone know if the results mean the battery needs replacement (Power adapter passed the test).

 

PS:  Tried to attached JPG, BMP or PDF but got error meesage.

 

Faile code from test was MCXMU0-7778MR-MFPV7F-C0B403
