Thanks everyone for your advices.

Now I propose my solution, after few hours of search...

I got my bluetooth back and forth through restarts and updates for a few months now.

Bored (and in the need), I decided to repair it after updating everything (bios included) via HP Support Assistant.

Then, bluetooth module wasn't recognised at all but as a "Unindentified USB module" (code 43). It seems recurring on the Intel AC 8260 chip...

The solution (as previously said) :

Download last versions of drivers via Intel's website. Uninstall Intel PRO/Wireless Driver, Intel Wireless Bluetooth, both devices drivers in Devices panel and don't forget to clean Temp Files. Install the new drivers, IW Bluetooth first. Restart. Be disappointed as it ain't working.

My solution was to download and run Intel SSU, it made the link between driver and device in Windows and it works since then...

Hope it helps too.

Here's how I just fixed my issue:

(skip #1 & #2 if you know how to open the bluetooth troubleshooter)

1. Go to microsoft's support page for this issue: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/14169/windows-10-fix-bluetooth-problems-faq

2. Expand the section: How can I try to automatically fix common Bluetooth problems?

3. Run the Bluetooth Troubleshooter

4. Run the Hardware Troubleshooter (said I needed to restart to apply driver settings)

5. Restart.
