So my question is
Was there a mistake while making the pc
Or its fake

Because with the graphics card installed and ram
Fifa14 is meant to run smoothly on low settings...

If it's not a fake pc...
Do you have a idea on how I can resolve the issue

I appreciate it that you've tried your best to help me even though we haven't reached a solution yet...

Thanks for the fast replies
It makes me feel there's hope

Please explain, step-by-step.

OK.  Now I see the "System SKU" field.

On my Lenovo laptop, running Windows 10, I see:  "System SKU -- System SKU Number Unknown".

So, that field the BIOS on my Lenovo motherboard must have "blanks" or "zeros" in that field.

I'm wondering whether the BIOS is identical for both HP computers, and somebody at HP did not "customize" that BIOS to make a version for your model.

The folder you specified doesn't contain a compatible software driver for your device. If the folder contains a driver, make sure it is designed to work with Windows for x64-based systems.

I get this error while trying to update the driver...
From the device manager

Update driver software
Browse my computer for driver software
