Please help... I hope my message is heard and seen loud and clear through this post/ raised concern. I sincerely request to initiate a fix to my problem, replace or repair whatever component is responsible for this issue. This is an issue that came with this laptop and for that reason, I don't expect HP to charge me anything, More Importantly, if left unaddressed, my display will eventually get broken due to this hinge/lid casing problem and ultimately I have to suffer a huge loss.
