Current warranty status for the above laptop using the HP Support Assistant, shows 56 days remaining. This was purchased early August 2019 and has already been registered online.
On completing the warranty dispute form I constantly receive " We're Sorry. HP Customer Support site is temporarily unavailable. We apologize for any inconvenience. Please check back later."
It Doesn't matter what time of day I try this, I get the same error. There appears to be no other way of contacting HP on the website. How can I sort out this issue?

I have brought your issue to the attention of an appropriate team within HP. They will likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number. Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact. Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).
If you are unfamiliar with how the Community's private message capability works, you can learn about that here.

Hi
Is there an actual fault/problem with the PC?
"I get a two-year warranty under EU rules''
Yes, but the Sale of Goods Act trumps this directive as it meets or exceeds most of the requirements.
Which is with the seller, not the manufacturer.
Late Edit.
