That is the same info you posted.

 

I need to know if your notebook is a dv6-4xxx, dv6-5xxx, dv6-6xxx, dv6-6cxx, dv6-7xxx...

 

All those models came with Intel 2nd generation core processors.

 

If you want me to take a guess, here is the link to the dv6-6xxx service manual.

 

c02842252.pdf (hp.com)

 

Chapter 1, page 7 indicates that the DVD drive is 12.7-mm thick.

 

I would have no idea if it is the same for any one of those model notebooks you might have.
