Can I delay the shipping date for my new, customized HP laptop? The email I received said the estimated shipping date is December 8, and the estimated delivery date is December 13. Unfortunately, I will be on vacation when it is supposed to arrive. I checked the fedex.com website, and it says they will only hold a package for 7 days. That's really cutting it too close.
Is it possible for HP to change the shipping date to a few days later?
Also, is a signature required for delivery?
