It doesn't work for me. Even if it work. That's not a solution. That's just work around the issue. Which doesn't help everyone.
But yea for by the time being those who able to do that way it is helpful.
Still HP / windows need to come up with a solution.
Hopefully they were noticed by our community and will bring up something. Still from HP side no one responded to our queries yet.
Thanks to @jpolito for suggesting solutions.
We can still wait for HP to help us out with a full solution.

I just got an 11th gen intel i7 based envy x360, same problem. Maybe a different brand is the way to go after all... Too bad, I really liked the envy x360, but this problem is a deal breaker for me. Did you find/get a solution?

Yea, you are right. after a long time the new generation laptop available with stunning feature. But what to do a flaw which affect the entire design of the machine.
Still no solution for this issue. I have been in contact with HP support and no solution yet. They are still working on it.
Hopefully someone from HP support read this communications in community regarding this issue and get noticed. Hopefully waiting.
