Hello,
seems that the provisioning URL for Poly devices is not available since today (24.10.2024).
https://<personal information removed>.deviceprovisioning.dm.lens.poly.com
Error: 404 not found
Any ideas? Is anyone else having the same issue?
P.S.: network checked : server can be reached and IP can be resolved.
but the response is "404 not found" - seems to be a problem on the server side

Hello @Mike2425
I am confused, you will contact support about the fact that the provisioning URL, which is only there for a device to download its firmware, is presenting a 404 in your browser?
Our support team will tell you the same.
Best Regards
Steffen

Hello @Mike2425 ,
welcome to the HP Poly community.
What device are you trying to provision via this URL? What Error do you get?
I checked https://status.plcm.vc/ and there are no known issues.
I suggest you contact our Support organization in your region if no other volunteers reply. Details are in my Signature.

Hello @Mike2425 ,
The URL is used for device provisioning and not to browse to via a browser and display anything. Using a simple CURL command or Postman can access the URL and it works.
If you still have an issue with this when trying to provision a compatible device, I suggest you contact our Support organization in your region if no other volunteers reply. Details are in my Signature.
Best Regards

Hello @Mike2425 ,
The Mopinion Bug you had raised with our team does not have any email attached to it so our official team cannot engage with you.
The HP Poly community is run by volunteers and enthusiasts.
- The URL to access Poly Lens and get a UI and configure devices etc. is https://lens.poly.com/
- The URL devices use to download configuration etc is https://Username:Password@LensID.deviceprovisioning.dm.lens.poly.com
This URL has no meaningful usage other than for devices to download configuration and cannot be used with a browser
If you still struggle, I suggest you contact our Support organization in your region if no other volunteers reply. Details are in my Signature.
Best Regards
