Jan 06, 2024 Question: Since the move from Poly to HP, where can I download Software?
Resolution: Please see >here< for an explanation and create an Account for Poly Lens in the cloud

Manage > Software Version > Type the name of the Software or Application

This software release includes the following.

  • Support for the new HP Poly Studio A2 accessories.

    • HP Poly STudio A2 Audio Bridge
    • HP Poly Studio A2 Table Microphone


Resolved Issues

 

This release includes the following bug fixes.

  • With Shure IntelliMix installed, the Camera Control app for Poly Studio Base Kit G9 plus (Microsoft Teams Rooms) now correctly detects a USB-connected camera.


Known Issues

This release has the following known issues:

  • There are intermittent issues in downloading the Poly Studio E60 logs.

  • HP Poly Studio A2 Table Microphone status appears offline in Lens cloud.
