I have a defective 902 cyan ink cartridge from Malaysia I have tried 4 times to enter this on the HP web site it acknowledges it is defective when asked for shipping info it goes back to the main screen. There is a problem with this process and I am very frustrated that I cannot talk or email with a human

In general, shipping should not be an issue in the USA.
Regardless, it appears that the procedure is not working for you.

HP OfficeJet Printers - 'Incompatible' or 'Defective Cartridge' message
This document applies only to these HP Officejet and Officejet Pro printers that use HP 910, 912, 914, 915, 902-905, or HP 935 ink cartridges:
- HP Officejet 6810, 6820, 6950, 6960, and 8010 printer series
- HP OfficeJet Pro 6230, 6830, 6960, 6970, 8020, and 8030 printer series
Request for Review
- I have submitted a request that our Community moderators review your question / concern.
