Like many other posts on this forum, I have an HP OfficeJet printer which has been printing poor color for some time now. I have been busy and just got around to looking into it and found the Cyan does not print at all. I have printed the Printer Status Report multiple times and the Cyan block is empty. I have brand new ink directly from an HP subscription. I have tried cleaning the print head multiple times and reprinting the status report to no avail.
As you can see, the printer is under 2 years old. As a matter of fact, the problems began before the warranty ran out, but I didn't realize it was a serious problem until now.
Based on the other posts, the answer will be to replace the printer. This is clearly a DEFECT with this printer. It should be recalled and fixed by HP, but I know that will never happen.

Hi @OffRoad99,
I'd like to help!
I understand you are facing print quality issues.
If you have already performed the steps from the document Black or Color Ink Not Printing, Other Print Quality Issues and the issue persists, it could be a hardware failure.
Please reach out to HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your printer.
If you are having trouble navigating through the above options, it's most likely because the device is out of warranty. If yes? please send me a private message with the region you are contacting us from. Check next to your profile name, you should see a little blue envelope, please click on it.
Hope this helps!
