Hello, I have a officejet pro 8025 all in one printer, and the blue won't print at all, I have -
Changed cartridge - not worked
Cleaned printhead a number of times - not worked
Aligned print head, but scan was incomplete so printer set to default settings
Clean smear - not worked
I've done every possible trouble shooting, only way I can think is I need to replace the print head?
What do you think, do anyone have any suggestions?

I understand that you are facing issues with blue not printing. I'd like to help!
I will be happy to assist you regarding the blue, not printing issue.
, To better assist you -Are you able to make color copies on the printer, do you see blue on the page?
Could you print a print Print Quality Diagnostic Page and share the results?
To print the page-
On the printer control panel, swipe down to open the Dashboard, and then touch the Setup icon
.
Swipe up on the display, touch Reports, and then touch Print Quality Report.
A Print Quality Diagnostic Page prints.
You can also try the steps in the document Print Quality Issues
And try updating the firmware for your printer. Click here

thanks for getting back to me. i can make colour copies, but the blue is not present (you see mainly pink)
please find attached the print quality diagnostic report.
i have gone through all the steps in the print quality issues, yet not resolved the issue, and i have the most upto date firmware installed on printer, so where do we go from here?
