Hello, I'm trying to enroll in the Istank Ink program (from Italy). I am doing it from the HP Smart (on my computer).
I enabled HP web services, everything seems ok.
I get 'till the end, I select the monthly plan, I enter the payment info, etc... but I always get the message that there is a problem with my registration.
I tried a couple of debit cards (all perfectly working) but I always get the same error msg.
Can anyone help me? Thank you

I understand that you are unable to register to an instant ink account, I am glad to assist you.
This might require one on one interaction to fix the issue.
Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact. Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).
