Printed fine until today. I have a message stating "One or more cartridges are missing or damaged". The printer is showing all 4 cartridges are missing. They all have ink and I have cleaned the contacts on the cartridges and the cartridge housings. I have also unplugged the printer for 60 seconds.
I am still getting the error message.
