Hello, my cartridge is out. I ordered a new 305xl.

I replaced everything as needed, just like last time, but the black cartridge isn't working. The color one works, but the problem is that I've never had any issues with the cartridge before. I've tried various methods to fix this problem, but they haven't worked. It's likely the black cartridge itself is damaged 

I would like to return the item through Amazon but the box is open and torn and I don’t think it’s possible, what can I do in this situation If the problem is 100% in the black cartridge

Probably has debris such as dried ink, glue or tape residue, etc.

Some printers have a printhead cleaning procedure.
