Thanks Fabio. I’ve disinstalled the printers and reinstalled it and it’s t worked fine with the same original  HP ink cartridge.

Acabei com a assinatura de fornecimento dos tinteiro. Compro tinteiros originais e a informação que aparece na impressora é:  Há problema com a sua assinatura, enquanto não resolver o problema não pode imprimir.

É a segunda vez que compro tinteiros e aparece sempre esta informação.

Preciso de ajuda para resolver esta situação.
