Hello,
I have a wireless DESKJET 3639 printer and since a few weeks, it does not print in color.
If I print the test page, only the black color will be present on it.
I have changed the cartridge, it is full, and I have taken the steps HP DeskJet 3630 and 4720 printers - Resolution of poor print quality problems.
