I have an HP 560. We can print a selected color, red, for a week, and then out of nowhere, it will print a different shade of red. Or we have a customer's grey that we printed 2 months ago, go to reprint the same grey and it does not print the same. Some people blame the printer, and some blame the software. We use Flexi. Looking for some help on this one, we do keep our machine maintained.
