I am having issues printing colour documents. It seems to be the cyan end of the spectrum as it is the blue and green that are failing, so everything comes out pink.
I have tried all the usual tricks, cleaning, updating the software etc, but this has been happening on and off for some time. Now I cannot even realign the print, because the quality of the alignment print page is so poor that my scanner cannot read it.
I think I probably just need to buy a new printer. I've changed the ink cartridge several times, but it has made no difference. I am also having connectivity issues where sometimes my laptop is telling me it can see my printer, but does not know its' status.
Really frustrating.
Thank you,
Phil

Hi Sandytechy,
Thank you for your response, I had already tried all of those things and more. The Print Doctor wasn't finding anything.
This issue has been bothering me for a while, so in the end I used a voucher from HP to get a discount on a new printer which arrived a couple of days ago.
That works perfectly of course, and I am now happily printing in beautiful colour.
Cheers,
Phil
