HP Smart Tank Plus 551 Wireless All-in-One
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My one-year old HP Smart Tank Plus 551 will no longer print cyan. All three color tanks are about half full.  I have generated a Print Quality Diagnostic Page and the left-hand Test Pattern 2 does not print at all (no C, M, or Y blocks). I have also done all three levels of printhead cleaning using the HP Smart app on my Windows 10 computer. I have replicated the problem from three Windows 10 computers, a MacBook Air,  and an iPhone 8--all on standard white paper. Black prints fine.

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Hi @rainbow23,

Yes, I have performed all of the steps in the document you referenced up until replacing the printhead. None of the steps resolved the cyan printing problem.
