Product: HP Color LaserJet Pro MFP M277dw
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (32-bit)

Print quality has deteriorated with unwanted "cuts" in the images.  I need to find a service facility to perform a physical examination of my problem located in the Longview, WA 98632 region.

Here is a jpg of the distorted print. I have found a service rep who says most likely it is the fuser starting to fail and replacement plus service costs approach the cost of a 400 Series new Laser Printer.
