Envy inspire 7955e printer not printing cyan color

• Does the copy print out the same way? 
• What's the application you are trying to print from? 
• Have you tried printing from a different application or device?

Also, try updating the printer's firmware - HP Printers - Updating or Upgrading Printer Firmware

I just bought my Envy Inspire 7955e printer a couple of days ago and I have the same issue, where the Cyan and Light Cyan does not print and I have done all the Cartridge clean and alignment and Printer Quality Diagnostic and Printer Status report and in all of them, the Cyan colors does not print.

I will be returning the printer today and will be getting a different one from a different manufacturer.
