Tonight I installed four new original HP toner cartridges. As you can see, the colour (magenta especially) is still very faded. At this point, I am not sure what to do.

Also, why is the First Installed Date and Last Used Date not showing? Does this indicate some kind of software error?

Switch off the printer once using the on/off switch, wait approx. 30 seconds.
Switch the printer on again and wait until the printer has completed its initialization.
Now print out the supplies status report again.

Scan it using the scanner and upload it here!

Also, poking around on the printer's website I found this list of errors in the Event Log. Seems like it could be relevant.

Where were the cartridges purchased?

It's the dirty laser optics, I have repaired more than a 50 of these with the same issue, it was always the laser.

Good luck wasting time and money on replacing toner cartridges, let me know when the print quality gets back to normal.

Indeed. I found this video myself last night. It was clear that none of the other suggestions here were hitting the mark, so I started googling around. I am going to attempt to disassemble the printer and clean the laser optics myself, since there is no printer repair shop near me. Wish me luck! Thanks for the suggestion.

Not your printer model but the steps are very close

Well, I cleaned the laser optics and that solved the problem - the colour is restored. But now the colour alignment is absolutely terrible. I have run calibration several times and swaped out the toner cartidges and it all makes no difference. I don't know what to do.
