HP Color LaserJet MFP M283fdw printing very faded despite good supply

Did you remove the laser out of the printer to clean, if yes did you return it to the same position. Unscrew the laser and move it slightly left-right to click in place then tighten screws.

I did not remove the laser itself. I have just repeated the whole process to check that everything is securely in place. It seems to be the case. But the problem with colour alignment persists. See the attached image.

You did't clean it enough, the colors are still very faded and now it will not calibrate correctly. You need to clean the mirrors inside too, and laser.

Is there a video or instruction manual that shows how to do this? I followed the YouTube video but I didn't want to break anything. Should I remove the mirrors and laser?

I repeated the whole process again and cleaned the mirrors thoroughly. The problem remains. The printout is identical.
