Product: HP Color LaserJet Pro MFP M281cdw
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

When printing, we are getting an additional layer of cyan print of what we are printing. Not only that, but it's not aligned with what has already printed. I'd like the items are being printed 2x, one in B&W and one in Cyan. This happens when selecting either color or B&W.
