I am getting the following message:
"Cartridge error - Either an ink cartridge is not installed or there is an issue with the installed cartridge. Replace or clean the cartridge to resolve the issue—you will not receive ink shipments until the error is resolved."
I cannot replace the cartridge as I have an HP Instant ink account, and it says that they won't send a new cartridge until this is resolved. It's a Catch 22 situation!

I ended up calling the phone number on the instant ink page: https://instantink.hpconnected.com/us/en/l/
After giving support the info off the cartridge they ended up sending a new cartridge. The new cartridge works fine. It is unclear what was wrong with the old cartridge.
