I recently cancelled my instant ink subscription. I did this because I was being sent cartridges that were accumulating before I had need of replacements. I now have unspent cartridges in my printer and two boxes of unused cartridges.

The printer indicates that I can no longer use any instant ink cartridges. If that stands, then I await instructions on how to return the cartridges at no cost to me.

It seems to me that HP could at least allow use of the cartridges now in my printer since they check my usage. I have purchase several HP printers over the years. This events alienates as a custmer.
