Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello,

I have the same error reported on this previous post: https://h30434.www3.hp.com/t5/LaserJet-Printing/HP-laserjet-200-color-MFP-M276nw-color-misalignment/...

I followed all the steps recommended there, but nothing worked.
I saw a comment from @Riddle_Decipher saying that maybe factory reset of the printer is needed, but the instructions are nor share there.

Could someone please help me?

Thank you.

Best regards.

Run a calibration 3 times in a row, if that doesn't help, reset to factory defaults, the steps are in the user manual.

Hello Valsimot,

Thank you for your reply.

I already did calibration 3 times in a row, also print a cleaning page,  and reset to factory defaults, but nothing works.

Is there any other thing that I can try/check?

Thank you.
Best regards.

HP Recommended

Turn it ON without toner cartridges, and when asked to then insert cartridges, leave it to calibrate and try.

Reset leave for the last step https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WTCJ9fvKRz8

Hello,

I tried without toner cartridges (tried few times) and same issue.

So finally I reset, but I still have the problem.

Do you know what could be the issue? any other recommendation?

Thank you for the help

HP Recommended

It could be that one or more toner cartridges are defective or something printer internal.

I replaced all cartridges but same issue with all the colors.
So, do you think is something internal in the printer? any part or something I can check?

Thank you.

HP Recommended

Reset it once again without toner. There is nothing much you can do if it's a printer issue. If you are using original HP toners you can update firmware if you didn't earlier.
