Microsoft Windows 11

Getting the error message "one of more cartridges appear to be damaged.   Remove them and replace with new cartridges"   Problem is that the ink housing will not move and is inaccessible.    I tried  unplugging everything and doing the discharge with the power button but this error returns and seems to preventing the cartridge housing from returning.

Unfortunately I am not able to implement the solution in this link as the printer would not reset and the ink cartridge holder is an inaccessible location    I tried to reset by turning off the printer and back on and also

Reset the printer to recover from printer errors or failures.

If your printer has a rechargeable battery, remove it.

With the printer turned on, disconnect the power cord from the printer.

Unplug the power cord from the power source.

Wait 60 seconds.

Reconnect the power cord to a wall outlet and to the printer.

The error will not disappear and printer cartridge holder is inaccessible.   I tried resetting by hitting the back button 4 times, however that function seems turned off as the Error dominates and will not allow this back button to be used more than once.

I need some other method to reset the printer if one exists.    I was getting an error message for a non HP Yellow cartridge, so I went to Staples and bought a brand new HP yellow cartridge, however the printer feels there is some problem with this and previous yellow cartridges.   PReviously I was able to reset - however after using the new HP cartridge the error is the only thing on the screen.       Thank you for any other ideas,
